Tonopah Community Survey Open Through April

State Rural Health Office is gathering information for a Community Health Needs Assessment
Tonopah Community Survey Open Through April
Dr. John Packham with members of the Tonopah community at a public meeting in February regarding the roll-out of the community survey.

The University of Nevada Reno, Reno School of Medicine is partnering with the Town of Tonopah and the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development to complete a Feasibility Study/Needs Assessment to address the medical needs of Tonopah and Central Nevada.

As part of that study, the Rural Health office at UNR is conducting a community survey and asking anyone who does or could access medical care in Tonopah, including the communities of Gabbs, Round Mountain, Carver's Station, Dyer and Fish Lake Valley, and Goldfield to please complete the survey that can be accessed here:

For any questions about the survey or the Community Health Needs Assessment, please contact Dr. John Packham at 775-784-1235 or [email protected]
